Look at this very creative headboard wall at the Ace Hotel in Portland Oregon! What a modern twist on a very common material. I would imagine that this is a very cool effect at night when lit with the drop lights. While I am not a big fan of barn wood for most of my projects, this photo certainly does make me think about other common materials I might use in a similar way. Hmmmm.....
