Gorgeous computer desk

One of my favorite clients recently asked  me to redesign his family's computer desk.  The store-bought unit that they had used for years just didn't serve their needs anymore.  The whole unit was sitting out nearly a foot from the wall in order to accommodate the router and the miles of wires necessary for all the electronic devices they have.  So with the careful cabinet planning of Donna Snover from Design Phase, I was able to have this beautiful unit installed for them.  It is solid maple with a large granite work surface.  Now there is room for everything they need to store and even a little leftover space!

All the wires and the router are easily accessed in the knee space behind two doors that virtually disappear when closed.   So tidy!  And there is no dusty wiring behind the unit.

There is a pullout on the bottom right of the unit for the printer and a shallow drawer above it for extra printer paper.

The bottom left cabinet has space for hanging files and a shallow pullout for all the things that need to be filed but haven't quite gotten there yet.
